Your use of our Site, and any orders you place, is governed by our, Privacy Policy.
- Amendments to the content of your order can be made before 1 hour before the delivery window Amendment
to the order must be made by emailing admin@CCLC.online. Someone will contact you back and your initial
payment will be cancelled and a new payment raised
- Orders may be cancelled in full 1 hour before the delivery window. We will endeavour to issue a refund to your
credit card account within 7-10 working days.
Price and Payment
Prices are as quoted may change from time to time although changes will not affect orders already placed
(unless due to a technical error).
We may not be able to deliver our service due to the following factors outside our control:
- industrial action
- civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or or preparation for war;
- fire, explosion, storm, flood, extreme snow, ice, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
- impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
- impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
- the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government; or
- non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors.
Ordering
Your order confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in
full. If someone else made the booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your
agent.
Delivery
At CCLC we offer an online service and products are delivered to you via email or Royal mail. As we only accept credit /debit cards and PayPal payment, our delivery drivers carry no cash.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
We will endeavour to deliver to you as scheduled, however, there are factors such as weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.
In the event CCLC needing to issue a refund, we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.
Optional Product
Extras and side order are subject to availability. Minimum Order is £15.00 which entitles you to free delivery in the Medway at pre-defined delivery time.
Any errors or omissions in the wording of an offer will not change the actual intended offer and cannot be redeemed.

Refund/cancellation
Orders can be cancelled(before 8pm) in full or1 hour before the delivery window closes. Our delivery window being Tuesday – Saturday 5 -9pm (except bank holidays)
We will issue a full refund to your account 7-10 working days after cancellation.
Amendments to the content of your order can be made 30 minutes after your order is placed.
Amendment to the order must be made by emailing admin@CCLC.online or calling our telephone number 0208 xxx xxx with your order reference. Your initial order is cancelled, and a new order will be made.
Privacy policy
When you order with CCLC we will collect your email, telephone number and postal address for our marketing.
We will occasionally send you marketing information, social media request and offers, about our product and services.
Your information stored will not be shared with any third party organisation or marketing firm.
Your data is stored in a secure MySQL database and we also have SSL certificate to add the extra level of security.
